The problem

Most installs go dark the day you hand them off.

After handoff

Nobody's watching

The system works at handoff. After that, the first sign of trouble is a call from the client, usually right before a service or an event.

Service

Every fix is a truck roll

With no remote visibility, a muted input or a projector left off still means driving to site to find it.

Revenue

It stops at the install

The system you built keeps delivering value for years. Your invoices stop the week it's signed off.

What Sentinel does

Watch, alert, fix, prove.

Watch

Every device, every minute

An agent on the site network checks each device every 60 seconds by ping, TCP port or HTTP. Three missed checks and it's marked offline.

Alert

You hear first

Faults raise an alert before the client calls. If the whole site goes quiet for 10 minutes, that's a critical alert too.

Fix

Remote changes, within limits

Levels, mutes, presets and projector power can be changed remotely, only inside the limits set for each device. Self-healing rules can do it automatically.

Prove

The client sees the value

A live portal with a health score out of 100 and a feed of what was caught and fixed, plus a service report twice a month.

How white-label works

Your brand in front. Our platform behind it.

Client site

Sentinel agent

Runs on a PC or Raspberry Pi that stays on, on the same network as the gear. Outbound HTTPS only: no port forwarding, no VPN.

Sentinel cloud

Run by Shadowtech

Status history, alerts, the remote-change queue with its limits, and the twice-monthly reports.

Your client

Portal in your brand

Your name, logo and colors on their live dashboard.

Shadowtech runs
  • Platform, hosting and security
  • The on-site agent and its updates
  • Device drivers for control
  • 24/7 automated monitoring and alerts
  • Client portal and service reports
You own
  • The client relationship and billing
  • Your pricing to the client
  • First-line support and on-site service
  • Which controls may be changed remotely, and their limits

Each partner sees only their own clients. That separation is enforced in the database, not just hidden in the interface.

Remote control, with guardrails

Every change is limited and logged.

Allowlist

Only listed controls

Each device has a list of the controls that may be touched. Anything not on the list can't be changed remotely.

Limits

Enforced by the database

Every control has a minimum and maximum. An out-of-range value is refused before it ever reaches the site, no matter who sends it.

Log

Every change on record

Who changed what, when, why, and what the device answered. Clients see fixes in their activity feed.

Getting started

Start with one site.

  1. A 30-minute call

We walk through one of your client systems together and pick the site to start with.

  2. Install the agent

On a PC or Raspberry Pi that stays on at the site. It only makes outbound connections, so there's nothing to open on the client's firewall. Setup target: under an hour.

  3. Go live under your brand

Your partner console and the client's portal, with your name and logo. Alerts start the same day.
